Scion builds can combine powers of all other classes. The effects of these powers are slightly less powerful. The scion has only one ascendancy: Ascendant. For Path of Exile on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'PoE Mechanics - Complete game guide'.
Path Of Exile Best Armor
Hi I am experiencing interesting thing, on my character level 30 I have about 1000 armor and I have 45% reduced damage taken, and on my character level 69 I have armor 4000 and my damage reduction is 29% why ?
And also I have a question with that armor counting, what exactly armor reduce ? It reduce total damage taken or just chaos damage or what, can someone explain me it please ?

The description explicitly mentions it is Physical Damage reduction. It applies to Physical Damage, unsurprisingly :P
The value shown is an estimate. The exact amount of damage reduction you gain depends on the amount of Physical Damage dealt. A harder hit is reduced by a smaller percentage. The value on the character sheet is based on an average based on your Character Level: a higher level character faces higher level monsters, who deal more damage per hit.

Yes, but I want to know why is my % of reduced damage (armor) is so small ?
On my char:
Lvl 30, Armor = 1000, Damage Reduction = 45%
Lvl 69, Armor = 3000, Damage reduction = 29%
Why even I have much more armor I have lower damage reduction ?

...Because the higher level character faces stronger monsters, your armour value is checked against stronger monsters. They hit harder -> your armour reduces damage by a smaller amount.

The armour formula is:
Damage Reduction Factor = Armour / ( Armour + (12 * Damage) )
When you are level 30, the character sheet is giving 45%, so:
0.45 = 1000 / (1000 + 12d)
12d + 1000 = 1000/0.45
12d = 1000/0.45 - 1000
d = (1000/0.45 - 1000)/12
d = 102 (approx)
So at level 30, when guessing your armour dmg reduction, they are assuming you will be hit for 100 physical dmg each time.
When you are level 69, the character sheet is giving 29%, so:
0.29 = 3000 / (3000 + 12d)
12d + 3000 = 3000/0.29
12d = 3000/0.29 - 3000
d = (3000/0.29 - 3000)/12
d = 612 (approx)
So at level 69, when guessing your armour dmg reduction, they are assuming you will be hit for 612 physical dmg each time.
I'm assuming you don't have endurance charges up when looking at that number btw!
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Thnaks, and what exactly is chaos damage ? Because I thought thats the normal attacks, but someone said me that poison or somethink like that ? So what is exactly dealing chaos damage ?

-Chaos Damage is neither Elemental nor Physical Damage. It's a damage type of its own
-Chaos does have a Resistance stat, but it's uncommon
-Chaos Damage ignores Energy Shield under normal circumstances: it goes straight to your Life
'Poison' in Path of Exile is simply Chaos Damage over Time: Poison Arrow's cloud simply applies a Chaos DoT effect.
Some monsters deal Chaos Damage, such as Vaal Constructs in Act 2. I don't think there's any Chaos Damage in the first Act, and A2 probably has the most. Spiders, snakes and tentacle creatures can also be venomous.
There are three Chaos damage skills:
-The aforementioned Poison Arrow has both the cloud and an x% Physical as Chaos Damage bonus
-Viper Strike applies Charges to enemies, dealing Damage over Time based on the amount of Charges (some monsters use Viper Strike as well)
-Blood Rage drains your Life by dealing Chaos Damage over Time
Additionally, there's a Support gem that grants a flat amount of Chaos damage to the linked skill(s), and there's at least two Unique weapons that deal Chaos damage (might be more, not sure): Voltaxic Rift and Rebuke of the Vaal. Bow and Sword respectively.
